Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By purchase an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between "us" and you, the user, for cheat detection services ("Services"). By creating an account and using Cria's Services, you agree to these terms.

Important: Your use of our Services implies acceptance of all terms herein.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer two types of plans:

Individual Plan

—Single-user plan
—30 days (Monthly)
—90 days (Quarterly)
—Lifetime (Remains valid as long as Cria exists)

Enterprise Plan

—Multi-user plan for servers/organizations
—30 days (Monthly)
—90 days (Quarterly)
—Minimum 6 seats required (5 users + owner)
—Centralized dashboard access

3. Purchase Process

All purchases are processed manually via our Discord support server. There is no automatic billing or subscription renewal.

—Open a support ticket at discord.gg/cria
—Contact Poseidon or Zeus Admins to initiate your purchase
—Provide payment proof to activate your license
—License is linked to your Discord account ID
—We never request passwords or sensitive credentials

4. Security & Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of suspicious activity or misuse, ensuring the security of our users.

5. Suspicious Activities

—Avoid scanning the same computer multiple times as this may result in your license being suspended/banned.
—Log cleaning activities, bypass testing, or attempted debugging are subject to immediate ban.
—Suspicious self-scans are treated with the same severity as other violations.
—It is your responsibility to whom you send the PIN and their supervision during the check.
—In most cases, license suspensions remain in effect for 24 to 72 hours at the discretion of the staff member who will review your case.
—In repeated or serious cases, we do not give the opportunity to appeal via ticket. You will be immediately banned from our Discord.
—If your account is Lifetime, and depending on the case (if it's not too serious), you may be allowed to pay a fine.

Zero Tolerance: Violations of security protocols result in immediate and permanent bans without appeal.

6. Transfer Accounts

Authentication on the Cria website is done via the Discord API; you register using your Discord ID. Your license is non-transferable. Exchanges are only accepted with proof of total account loss or clear and justified reasons.

7. Lifetime Plan

Lifetime access remains valid as long as Cria continues operations and maintenance. In the event of service discontinuation, users will be notified in advance. No refunds will be issued for lifetime plans.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided after license activation. Before purchasing, please review all terms carefully.

—No refunds once license is activated
—Exception: technical issues preventing service use may be reviewed case-by-case
—Contact support within 24 hours of purchase for any concerns

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property of Cria exercised in an unauthorized manner will result in the necessary appropriate measures being taken.

Copyright: Unauthorized use of Cria branding, logos, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

10. Result Sharing (Diagnostic)

Diagnostic results generated through the platform are accessible to the user who generated the PIN, or, in the case of an Enterprise Plan, to the server owner or authorized administrator.

The individual who generated the PIN, or the Enterprise server owner, has full discretion to decide whether the diagnostic results will be shared, displayed, or disclosed to third parties.

It is the Customer's responsibility to disclose their own PIN or not.

11. Limitation of Liability

This software performs read-only operations and does not modify, alter, or delete any files or directories on the user's system.

The software does not interact with or cause damage to hardware.

The developers are not responsible for any conflicts, malfunctions, or unexpected behavior that may occur if this software is used simultaneously with other forensic or analysis tools.

Disclaimer: By using this software, you acknowledge that it is provided "as is", and the developers assume no liability for issues arising from its use alongside third-party software.

12. Usage recommendations

We recommend that you close as many programs as possible to avoid software conflicts and speed up the procedure.

—Run Cria as Administrator for full access
—Disable antivirus temporarily if it blocks the scanner (the software is signed)
—Ensure a stable internet connection during the scan
—Do not close the application while a scan is in progress
